Single Roller Coater type TRV S-Premium

The premium single-roller coating machine is equipped with a pneumatically adjustable dosing and application roller. It is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen, electrical height adjustment and an integrated conveyor belt with support roller.

The coating thickness can be precisely adjusted by varying the pressure between the application and dosing rollers, the speed of the rollers and the direction of rotation of the dosing roller. The application roller can be removed from the machine without the use of tools for quick paint changes or cleaning.
